With our universal resonance pulsators with electromotive POWER SWING MOT drive you have got the possibility to test con-rods regarding their dynamic strength. In addition to the dynamic test system, we offer you a clamping device concept, which is adapted to your application. The necessary oil supply and cooling is integrated. A specialty is the patented clamping device concept, which we developed together with Porsche. With this clamping concept the complete con-rod can be tested dynamically under operation-related conditions.

With biaxial, servo hydraulic test systems, you have got the possibility to induce superposed axial and torsion loads.

Our crank shaft bending and torsion resonance test systems are established worldwide as a test standard within the research, development and quality control.

Automotive and commercial vehicle crank shafts can be tested regarding their dynamic strength with test frequencies up to 100 Hz economically and quickly.

In case of different R-rates we apply our electromotive universal pulser POWER SWING MOT.

With biaxial hydraulic test systems we offer you the opportunity to induce superposed bending and torsion loads phase-synchronized.

In the competence center for bearing technology, we have developed a multitude of uni- and multiaxial anti-friction and friction bearing test systems. With these the dynamic strength, the durability of bearings and the quality control can be determined.

The range comprises friction bearing test systems, wheel bearing / wheel flange test systems for automotive and commercial vehicle wheel bearings, rotating bending resonance test systems for automotive and commercial wheel flange bearings and patented test systems for the determination of the friction moment and for the quality evaluation of anti-friction and friction bearings.

Springs

Tests under temperature and corrosive conditions

In the field of spring tests we offer you a multitude of dynamic test machines, with which you can test your components regarding their dynamic strength economically and quickly. The tests can be accomplished under temperature or under corrosive conditions depending on the test system.

The range comprises different resonance test systems, with which e.g. spiral springs like valve springs, carriage springs (steel construction or air spring type) can be loaded with stokes up to 300 mm and frequencies up to 40 Hz.

Moreover, the range comprises different converter spring test systems or rather bow spring test systems, with which springs can be loaded up to "block". With stabilizer test systems you can load your stabilizers dynamically also under corrosive conditions or rather with drain water.

With our universal resonance pulsers with electromotive POWER SWING MOT drive or electromagnetic POWER SWING MAG drive, you have got the possibility to test straight-cut and helical gearings regarding their dynamic strength.

The test systems are designed from 5 kN up to 2,000 kN.

Adapted to your dynamic test system we offer you the clamping concept, which fits to your application. With your clamping concept you have got the possibility to accomplish tooth base bending tests under alternating loads or to test gear components with special torsion devices alternating and tumescent.

Moreover, the range comprises different torsion resonance test systems, with which you can expose your components to bigger, alternating and tumescent torsion angles.

With our universal resonance pulsators with electromotive POWER SWING MOT drive or electromagnetic POWER SWING MAG drive, you have got the possibility to test screws or bolted connections regarding their dynamic strength.

The test systems are designed from 5 kN up to 1,000 kN.

In addition to the dynamic test system we offer you a clamping concept adapted to your application. Special clamping concepts guarantee a bending-free load application. Due to clamping devices, which can be changed quickly, the change period and standstill periods can be minimized. Using automated robot technologies, the test service can be guaranteed 24 h/day.

Moreover, the range comprises different special applications, with which e.g. the dismantling of wheel screws under temperature changes and under corrosion can be tested or with which con-rod screws can be tested in the original bond.

With wheel screw measurement segments you can test the impact of different material combinations / component combinations.

The range comprises different torsion resonance test systems, with which you can expose drive shafts, gear shafts, toothed shafts, etc. to bigger, alternating and tumescent torsion angles.

Testing natural resonance forms and frequencies

With our universal resonance pulsators with spindle actuators, hydraulic or pneumatic drive, you have got the possibility to excite add-on parts or rather to load add-on parts in any direction.

Moreover, you have got the possibility to excite your components with noise, sweep, shock or a resonance dwell test via shaker systems with electrodynamic or hydraulic drive or to determine natural resonance forms and frequencies.

Material samples

Material samples put to test

With our universal resonance pulsators with electromotive POWER SWING MOT drive or electromagnetic POWER SWING MAG drive you have got the possibility to test any material sample regarding its dynamic strength under axial load, bending loads or torsion loads. 

The test systems are designed from 5 kN up to 1,000 kN.

Due to the application of resonance test technology and the high test frequencies up to 300 Hz involved, the test periods can be reduced up to a factor of 10 and the test costs can be reduced up to a factor of 100. Contrary to e.g. servohydraulic systems, resonance test machines amortize completely after 1 or 2 years, because of the reduction of energy costs.

Even for micro samples with a maximal length of 2.0 mm and loads of approx. 0.02 N we put the accordant test systems at your disposal. 

Accordingly, to the dynamic test system we offer you the clamping concept adapted to your application. The supply of standard samples via a robot makes it possible to operate 24 h/day.

Moreover, the range comprises different rotating bending test systems and torsion resonance test systems, with which you can load your samples with frequencies of more than 100 Hz, also under temperature and corrosive conditions. 

To simulate the impact of the environment, different conditioning devices, ovens, corrosion chambers, vacuum chambers, etc. are at your disposal.

Seat test systems

Low-frequency tests

For these low-frequency tests the servo pneumatic and the spindle actuators are an economic alternative to the servo hydraulic, because the purchase costs, the running costs and the costs for infrastructure are a minor cost factor.

Using flexible load units, it is possible to position the force vector in any order.

Our controller TestPilot offers you the possibility to accomplish single step and multiaxial synchronized tests with force or stroke control. In addition to that the controller makes it possible to survey and to record your tests.
