In our competence centers we concentrate on future-oriented technologies in the following fields:

The applications vary from exhaust systems to two-mass fly wheels. 

We have developed special solutions, clamping devices and test systems for nearly all problems and settings of tasks. With our universal resonance pulsators with electromotive POWER SWING MOT drive or with electromagnetic POWER SWING MAG drive, you have got the opportunity to test different components regarding their strength. Beside axial loads, these are also applicable for the induction of bending and torsion loads in connection with the accordant clamping devices (please see also category "products / clamping devices). Additional to the already existing solutions or rather test systems, we respond to your requirements and develop with our flexible team, consisting of engineers and technicians, customized test systems.

In our "Test & Engineering Center" we support you with our team and the application of more than 150 flexible test systems in your test tasks during the whole year.

Commercial vehicles

The main focus of the SincoTec Group activities within the fields of "Test & Engineering" and "Test Systems" is directed towards the development of commercial vehicles. For this reason, several big test systems, designed for high nominal loads, have been developed. The reference list comprises all important commercial vehicle manufacturers and their suppliers. The applications range from axles to gear wheels. Typical component units or rather components are motors, chassis, drive trains, exhaust systems / catalytic converters, fuel systems, con-rods, crankshafts / camshafts, roller and friction bearings, springs, gears, gear tooth systems, screws, shafts, add-on parts, seats, etc.

Rising process pressures and higher power density due to the application of turbo-engines were the reasons, that the test possibilities for con-rods of commercial vehicles reached the mechanical limits of the available resonance pulsators. The development of the POWER SWING MOT 1,000 kN, the largest currently existing resonance test machine in the world, makes it possible to test con-rods of commercial vehicles economically and quickly. With these resonance pulsators, beside con-rods, also other tests such as four-point bending tests on complete axles, torsion and bending tests on crankshafts, pulsing of gear and motor connections, etc. can be accomplished.

Besides the existing solutions and test systems, we respond specially to your requirements and our flexible and dynamic team of engineers and technicians develops customized test systems for you.

For multiaxial tests under service loads of, for example, complete commercial vehicle axles, different test possibilities of our "Test & Engineering GmbH" are at your disposal.

In the "Test & Engineering GmbH" we support you regarding your test tasks with our flexible and dynamic team and the application of more than 120 flexible test systems seven days a week and 365 days a year.

Railway

Test systems for railway specific components

An own field of the SincoTec is engaged in the development of test systems and the accomplishment of dynamic strength tests of railway specific components.

The reference list comprises all important railway manufacturers and their suppliers. In 2004 a main part of the component tests as the basis for the development of new norms were accomplished at SincoTec in the course of the BMBF project "Save and economic design of railway carriages".

Within the field of "Test systems" we offer you different test systems. Beside complete railway wheel resonance test systems, with which wheelset axles and wheel discs can be loaded up to 250,000 Nm at frequencies up to 40 Hz, our product range comprises different rotating bending test systems for the test of small samples or rather to test the notch sensitivity of materials, etc.

With our universal resonance pulsators with electromotive POWER SWING MOT drive you have got the possibility to accomplish e.g. 3-point bending tests on frame rails, 4-point bending tests on wheel tire segments or to test other railway specific components regarding their dynamic strength. The test systems are designed from 5 kN up to 1,000 kN and with the appropriate clamping devices, beside the axial loading, they are also suitable for the induction of bending and torsion loads.

In the field of "Test & Engineering Center" we offer you different test possibilities. Additional to two railway wheel resonance test systems with the appendant calibration devices, with which wheel set axles and wheel discs can be loaded, you have got the possibility to test small samples and different railway specific components regarding their fatigue strength.

A failure of particular components results in disproportionately high costs due to the bad accessibility of e.g. off-shore systems or rather due to the resulting down time. For this reason, the reliability and a high durability are extremely important factors.

Test technologies for special requirements within the medical science and orthopedics

Also within the medical-technical field, products have to be designed according to their operating time fatigue-endurably and have to be tested. Irrespective of the type of component, we determine the load capacity of your components economically with resonance test technology, servo pneumatic, servo hydraulic or spindle actuating elements.

Even in the µ-range up to 0.02 N and sample sizes of ca. 2 mm, we offer you the right test technology.

Typical tests within the building trade are static load tests and dynamic strength tests of fiber-reinforced concrete steel and steel armoring according to DIN EN 15630 or rather DIN 488, pressure swell tests, 3- or 4-point bending tests, tension swell tests, etc.

Moreover, our range comprises different load frames with hydraulic actuators, spindle actuators and pneumatic actuators. Also two- or multiaxial load frames (axial and torsion) are at your disposal.

Furthermore, we offer you a multitude of special test systems, with which you can accomplish component specific tests on e.g. rotor shafts, clutches or flange connections.

Machines and devices like e.g. motor saws, motor scythes, mowing machines, centrifuges, manufacturing machines, kitchen and housekeeping devices partly have dynamically high loaded components. Typical components are pistons, cylinders, shafts, blades, handles, carrier pipes, etc.

With our universal resonance pulsators POWER SWING you have got the possibility to test different components of machines and devices regarding their static and dynamic strength. The test systems are designed from 5 kN up to 1,000 kN and with the appropriate clamping devices, beside the axial loading, they are also suitable for the induction of bending and torsion loads.

Comprehensive test systems for operating safety

Nearly all components are subject to static and dynamic loads. If a failure can result in bigger damages or rather in perilous situations, the operational safety of these components has to be tested and to be guaranteed. Therefore, we developed a service strength standard procedure for paragliding snap hooks or a dynamic test system for the qualification of cellulose.

SincoTec offers a multitude of possibilities for the dynamic load of components and samples. Moreover, we are a partner for the development of new test concepts and standards and we provide the basis to issue new standards and procedures.
