We design and manufacture standard and customised clamping fixtures for our test systems. These are customised for each component and for the type of load. Thanks to our extensive SincoTec application expertise and our own fatigue strength laboratory more than 160 different clamping fixtures are available.
Hydraulic wedge clamping device
Our patented hydraulic wedge clamping device is particularly flexible for carrying out dynamic and quasi-static tensile and compression tests with up to 2 MN on round and flat specimens with any clamping ratio.
- Axial force-free clamping of the specimens, no unwanted stresses in the specimen
- Test operation without hydraulic pressure, high operational reliability and long service life no additional pumping required
